Feedback & bug reports

To help us fix issues quickly, include these details in your email:

• The page URL you were on and roughly what time you used it.
• Your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Android 14" or "Windows 11 Edge").
• What you expected versus what happened — a screenshot of your photo or the error message helps a lot (crop sensitive parts first).

Request a new exam preset

Every exam board tweaks its photo and signature rules between notification cycles. If your board is missing from our presets — a state board, university, defence recruitment or commission — send us the notification's photo and signature spec (or just the notification PDF link) and mention the subject "New Preset Request". We will add it and ship the dedicated landing page, usually within a week.
