Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ExamResizer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
- The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by candidates preparing their own application documents.
- You may use it only with images you have the right to process (your own photos and signatures).
- Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or disrupt the site or its hosting.
3. Accuracy disclaimer — verify the official notification
Always verify the latest official exam notification PDF issued by your board before uploading. Presets, dimensions and KB limits shown on ExamResizer are drawn from recent publicly available notifications and are provided as a convenience, not as legal or official guidance. Exam boards change specifications between recruitment cycles, and an image that complies with our preset may still be rejected if the current notification differs. We make no warranty that a document produced with the Service will be accepted by any portal. You remain fully responsible for reading and following your exam's official instructions.
4. Intellectual property
The ExamResizer name, interface, copy and code are the property of the site owner. Exam board names (SSC, UPSC, NEET, IBPS, SBI, RRB and others) are trademarks of their respective bodies; their use here is nominative reference only and implies no affiliation or endorsement. Photographs you process remain yours — we claim no rights over user content and, technically, never receive any of it.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of ExamResizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including a rejected application, missed deadline, or lost fee — arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the revised version applies from the date of posting on this page.
