Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Your photos never leave your device

ExamResizer runs 100% client-side. Photographs, signatures, thumb impressions and declarations that you load into the tool are processed by JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API directly in your browser's memory. They are never uploaded, transmitted, stored or backed up on any server by us. Closing the page removes the image from your browser's memory. Because no server sees your image, there is no server-side copy for us to delete, sell, or leak — it simply never exists outside your device.

2. Information you provide to us voluntarily

The name and date you type for the photo stamp are held only in your browser session and are drawn onto your own image locally. They are not sent anywhere. If you email us feedback or a preset request, we receive only the content you choose to send, and we use it solely to respond or improve the tool.

3. Log files

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard log data: IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This data is generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security, performance and aggregate traffic statistics. It does not contain your photos, because your photos are never transmitted.

4. Cookies & advertising

ExamResizer itself sets no tracking cookies. However, we plan to display third-party advertisements (for example, through Google AdSense). Ad vendors may set cookies or use web beacons on their own ad units to serve personalised ads:

5. Children's information

ExamResizer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the tool itself, because the tool does not transmit personal data to us. Standard website analytics from hosting logs, if any, are not used to profile children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features (for example, if advertising begins). Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes counts as acceptance.
